As an employee and/or potential driver of Bob Brink Inc, I understand that upon my employment and annually thereafter, my employer will conduct a routine Driver's License check. This check will ensure the safety of their employees and is being done for insurance purposes. If the check shows a felony, DUI or numerous misdemeanors, it may result in termination. I give my employer permission to check my driving history on an as-needed basis.
